Summary :
⁣In recent years, due to its remarkable physicochemical properties, graphene has attracted attention in electrochemical reactions such as the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) for hydrogen production [1,2]. Graphene can be prepared by efficient reduction of graphene oxide structure. In this study, the effect of oxidation time and graphite precursors on the formation of graphene oxide structure by Hummers’ method was investigated. Graphene oxide samples prepared with oxidation times of 24-72 h using two different graphite precursors (20μm and 150μm) were denoted as GO-2024, GO- 2048, GO-2072, and GO-15048. In the XRD patterns of GO-2024, GO-2048 and GO-2072 samples, the oxidation peaks of graphite were observed

⁣I am Seyda UZUN. In 2021, I graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Engineering, Chemical Engineering Department. During my university and high school life, besides my academic education, I participated in many conferences and seminars that will contribute to my career life and took part in certificate programs. Currently, within the scope of the TUBITAK project, we get support for our project with my dear advisor Dr. Dilsad Dolunay ESLEK KOYUNCU, and together with my advisor, we are working on developing catalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER).
