Summary :
⁣Understanding the psychological impact of the Covid-19 outbreak among midwives is crucial in guiding policies and interventions to maintain their psychological well-being. Ensuring employee confidence regarding adequate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) may be more important than financial incentives.⁣A qualitative study was conducted via telephone with semi-structured interviews. Thirteen Labour Ward Managers were interviewed from April 23rd - April 29th, 2020 during the most stressful period for Covid-19 in Israel.
